We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of our project, the installation of state-of-the-art refrigeration and air conditioning systems at the new KFC outlet located in the Fairfield Homemakers Centre. This project was carried out in partnership with Phoenix Constructions, who served as the head contractor, and marks another milestone in our commitment to delivering high-quality, efficient HVAC solutions.

For this project, our team was tasked with the critical job of designing and installing an advanced cooling system that would ensure the optimal operation of the KFC Fairfield outlet. Understanding the specific needs of a bustling fast-food restaurant, we opted for the highly reliable and efficient Actron Air Conditioning equipment. Our selection was guided by the need for durability, efficiency, and the ability to maintain a comfortable environment for both customers and staff, even in the busiest of times.

Installed Equipment and Capacity

Our installation included a comprehensive setup of Actron Air Conditioning units, designed to provide a seamless cooling solution throughout the property. The specifics of the equipment installed are as follows:

• 1x PKY500T-RFFT: This powerhouse unit is known for its exceptional cooling capacity, ensuring that the entire KFC outlet maintains a comfortable temperature, even during peak hours and the hottest days.
• 1x PCG400R: A compact yet powerful unit, the PCG400R offers efficient cooling with a lower footprint, ideal for areas within the restaurant that require targeted temperature control.
• 1x CL01-2W: This model is designed for smaller spaces, providing efficient cooling without compromising on performance. It's perfect for areas like storage rooms where consistent temperature control is essential.
• 1x C7-4: Known for its reliability and efficiency, the C7-4 unit complements the overall HVAC system by ensuring all areas of the restaurant are adequately cooled, contributing to a comfortable and inviting environment for everyone.
