Project Overview / Description
Millair Climate Control & Electrical is proud to have been a key player in the development of the Tec-NQ House on Bowen Rd, Rosslea, Townsville. This project involved the comprehensive installation of Mitsubishi Electric DX VRV Systems throughout the facility, catering to the specific climate control needs of this modern boarding facility. Tec-NQ House is a purpose-built accommodation designed to house senior school students from regional and remote Queensland, who are part of Tec-NQ’s innovative trade-focused senior school program.
The boarding facility, which officially opened its doors in March 2022, is capable of accommodating up to 40 students and staff, providing them with a comfortable and conducive living environment that supports their educational journey. The project underscores our expertise in delivering high-quality, efficient climate control solutions tailored to the unique requirements of educational and residential facilities.
