Project Overview / Description
Millair Climate Control & Electrical successfully completed a comprehensive HVAC upgrade for the Mary Who Bookstore, located at 412 Flinders St, in 2022. This project, commissioned by Lygnum Pty Ltd, involved a series of meticulous operations to replace the old HVAC system with a new, high-efficiency Actron SCA400C Condenser and Actron SCG400E-V Evaporator. Our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, environmental compliance, and operational efficiency was evident throughout the project's execution. By adhering to the original design of the building, we ensured that the installation not only met but exceeded the functional requirements of the space.
Project Features
- Crane Operation for Condenser Replacement: Utilizing crane operations, we carefully removed the old condenser units and positioned the new Actron SCA400C Condenser, demonstrating our capability to manage complex logistical challenges.
- Power Upgrade: The mains power for the unit was upgraded to a 50amp 3-phase circuit, ensuring that the new system had the necessary electrical support to operate efficiently.
