Millair Climate Control & Electrical recently undertook a comprehensive HVAC upgrade project for the Grand Hotel, focusing on enhancing the comfort and operational efficiency of the establishment. This ambitious project involved the supply and installation of Direct Expansion (DX) Split Ducted Equipment, various exhaust systems, and climate control solutions for cold storage areas, all meticulously planned according to the supplied drawings and specifications. Our efforts were aimed at modernizing the hotel's facilities to meet contemporary standards of comfort, safety, and efficiency, ensuring a premium experience for guests and staff alike.
Project Features
- Cold Rooms, Freezer Room, and Drinks Room: Our project also encompassed the supply and installation of climate-controlled storage solutions, including cold rooms, a freezer room, and a drinks room. These were designed and installed as per the specific requirements provided, ensuring optimal conditions for food and beverage storage, crucial for the hotel's catering and dining services.
