Project Overview / Description
Millair Climate Control & Electrical was engaged to deliver the complete mechanical installation for the new Pickering Group Pre-Delivery Centre. This high-performance automotive facility required a fully integrated air conditioning, ventilation and compressed air solution to support large-scale vehicle processing operations.
All works were completed in accordance with supplied construction drawings, Australian Standards and site-specific operational requirements, ensuring long-term efficiency, reliability and compliance across the facility.
Project Features
- The Pickering Group Pre-Delivery Centre was fitted with a fully integrated Mitsubishi Electric VRF and split system solution, comprising: Multiple high-capacity outdoor condensing units across R410A and R32 systems to support large cooling loads Ceiling cassette indoor units for broad, even air distribution across workshop and operational areas Wall-mounted split systems for offices, control rooms and enclosed spaces Wireless and hard-wired control systems for flexible temperature management Decorative ceiling panels and system jointing components for a complete integrated finish This system was designed to deliver high efficiency cooling, operational reliability and consistent climate control across all working zones of the facility.
