Mary Help of Christians College

Millair Climate Control & Electrical Pty Ltd recently completed a full HVAC installation at Mary Help of Christians College in Townsville for a major local builder.

This project required the delivery of a high-performance, energy-efficient air conditioning solution across multiple buildings and learning spaces. Our team supplied, installed, and commissioned a comprehensive Mitsubishi Electric City Multi VRF system, tailored to meet the specific needs of the educational environment.

Scope of Works

• Complete HVAC installation using Mitsubishi Electric equipment
• Integration of fresh air systems with Lossnay energy recovery ventilation
• Multiple indoor units installed including:
  • High static ducted systems (ranging from 5.6 kW to 28.0 kW)
  • Four-way ceiling cassettes (2.2 kW to 11.2 kW)
  • Wall-mounted units and remote-controlled zones
• External units comprised of multiple PUHY and PUMY VRF heat pumps
• Over 60 control points across the site with wired controllers and sensors
• Supply and installation of all associated branch pipe kits and twinning kits
