Saint Joseph's Catholic Primary School Project

We are thrilled to highlight our latest completed project, an extensive enhancement of Saint Joseph's Catholic Primary School in Mount Isa. This undertaking was in collaboration with RJG Builders, and together, we have significantly contributed to the school's development, focusing on creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for students and staff alike.

A Vision for Growth and Learning

The project received dedicated funding aimed at expanding and improving the school's facilities. Our objective was to ensure that every aspect of the development was aligned with the school's mission to provide a high-quality educational experience for all students. The enhancements include:

• A Dozen General Learning Areas and Breakout Spaces: Designed to foster collaborative learning and individual study, these spaces are equipped with modern teaching aids and flexible seating to accommodate various learning styles.
• Learning Support: Additional resources and dedicated areas have been established to provide tailored support for students, ensuring that every child has access to the help they need to thrive academically.
• The Library: A central hub for learning and discovery, the library has been expanded and stocked with a wide range of resources, from books to digital learning tools, making it a cornerstone of the school's educational infrastructure.
• Student and Staff Toilets: Recognizing the importance of modern, clean, and accessible facilities, significant improvements have been made to the restrooms for both students and staff, ensuring comfort and hygiene.
• Lunch Areas: New and improved lunch areas provide students and staff with comfortable spaces to enjoy their meals, fostering a sense of community and well-being within the school.
• Two Preparatory Learning Areas: Specifically designed for our youngest learners, these areas are equipped with resources tailored to early education, promoting a love for learning from the very start.
• Walkways: Enhancing the connectivity and accessibility of the school, new walkways have been constructed, making it easier for students, staff, and visitors to navigate the campus safely and comfortably.
