Project Overview / Description
Millair Climate Control was proud to deliver an HVAC upgrade for the Woolworths Hermit Park building, ensuring enhanced efficiency and reliability.
At the core of this project was the installation of a Climaveneta Air-Cooled Scroll Chiller, featuring:
- 193 kW cooling capacity with R410a refrigerant.
- E-coated condenser coils for enhanced durability.
- Hydraulic kit with dual variable-speed pumps, a 500-litre buffer tank, and an expansion tank.
- EC fans on the condenser side for optimised airflow.
- Soft-start technology to reduce inrush current.
- Seismic anti-vibration mounts for stability and reduced operational noise.
The scope also included the installation of chilled water cooling coils, plug fans, new AHUs, and an Innotech BMS Control System, alongside modifications to the mechanical switchboard. The entire system was tested, balanced, and commissioned to meet RPEQ standards, with Form 15 certification provided.
Delivered on time and within budget, this upgrade underscores Millair Climate Control’s expertise in providing innovative, energy-efficient solutions for commercial developments.
