Millair Climate Control is proud to have been the HVAC contractor for the new Burdell Ambulance Station, a vital $12.4 million facility supporting Townsville’s growing northern suburbs.
Our scope of work included:
- Supplying and installing Mitsubishi Electric VRF and DX Split Air Conditioning Systems, tailored to meet the facility’s unique needs.
- Installing outdoor air supply systems to ensure optimal indoor air quality.
- Implementing mechanical exhaust systems to maintain a healthy and comfortable environment.
Despite the challenges of coordinating with multiple trades on a large-scale project, Millair delivered on time and within budget, ensuring the facility met Queensland Ambulance Service standards.
This project highlights our expertise in delivering efficient, reliable HVAC solutions for essential community infrastructure.
